Justin Senescall

Justin is an experienced intellectual property lawyer who now runs his own boutique legal practice, Seneworth Legal Partners.

 

Formerly a partner in multi-award winning international IP law firm, Bird and Bird, he has acted for numerous international clients in relation to the Australian aspects of their intellectual property portfolios.  He currently advises businesses across a variety of categories, from FMCG and manufacturing, to fashion and music.

 

Justin holds a Masters in Law with a focus on intellectual property, and is an active pro bono contributor of legal advice and is Chairman of social enterprise Pure Foundation.
